Refund policy

At Gracie & Co. 1942, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Because we make small-batch, natural personal care items, we have specific guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every product.

Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items Due to the personal care nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any opened, used, or partially used products
  • Soap bars, bath bombs, bath truffles, sugar scrubs, body butters, lotions, and creams that have been opened or used
  • Gift sets that have been opened
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at GRACIEANDCO1942@GMAIL.COM with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Gracie & Co. 1942 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at GRACIEANDCO1942@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
